Hussein is the founder and CEO of Ryne Elite. He has worked in the MENA region for over two decades and brings more than 23 years of experience in corporate finance. Hussein partners with determined executives to define financial strategy, create value and deliver sustainable growth. He has served as CFO for companies across a diverse range of industries, including media, technology, FMCG, and film & television production.

Examples of Hussein’s work include the following:

• Leading a major M&A transaction for a business unit of a MENA-based media group—overseeing full business restructuring, performing valuations, managing investor relations, and supervising on compliance and regulations.
• Transforming the business model and launching a new business unit for a major UAE-based production company.
• Enabling the successful market entry of a multi-billion global media conglomerate by developing financial plans and advising on budgeting, cost optimization, and regional financial regulations.
• Directing the accounting function of a UAE-based investment holding company—including advising on accounting policies, improving accounting processes and leading the accounting team.

Hussein is a Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) and received a Master’s degree from the University of Wollongong where he studied Applied Finance.
